PLAYTIME WITH DOUG
In this coming-of-age comic odyssey, Doug is the star of a failing children's program titled PLAYTIME WITH DOUG. After a freak accident, Doug loses the ability to feel any emotion. In order to regain his emotions and at the same time save his show from going under, he decides to participate in a medical experiment involving a series of hormonal injections. When Doug isn't taking his medication, he is a dry, lifeless, and monotone individual. However, each syringe he takes gives him the trait of an extreme emotion, causing his actions to become wild and unpredictable.

Born in Karachi, Pakistan and raised in Houston, Texas, Asad Durrani earned his BFA in Theatre at Sam Houston State University. Jon Barnett, also a native Houstonian, is currently finishing his Film Degree at California State, Los Angeles. Together, they are a groundbreaking comedy screenwriting team based in Los Angeles.
